About: Anyone fit and brave enough to make the descent to Chapmans Pool will have a good time looking at fossils. Although many of them are crushed there are still some fine examples of Ammonites Pavlovia rotunda to be found.

About: The shore at Chapman's Pool is a good place for a spot of fossil hunting. Like many parts of the Jurassic coast in this area ammonites are to be found in the rock.
