Title: Small Tower on the Church
Place: Owermoigne
About: The church dedicated to St Michael at Owermoigne was rebuilt in 1884 and it has rather odd square shaped windows. The only surviving part of an earlier 15th century church is the small tower.

About: In spite of the fact that Owermoigne is inland it is known that smugglers stored their contraband in the tower of the church in the centre of the village.

About: We found it quite difficult to capture the prettiness of this Dorset village as it was the day for the rubbish collection and we did not think that the bins enhanced the view.
