About: In 1834 the Tolpuddle Martyrs were deported for their part in forming a union, today they are remember in these wonderful Elizabeth Frink statues on the road out of Dorchester called Gallows Hill. It had rained heavily before this photgraph was taken and this seems to give the bronze a warm glow.
